Job Description

Managing the administration of trusts in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Reviewing and processing trust-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Providing professional and timely support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring trust operations align with legal and compliance requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information securely.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external purposes.
Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the trust services function.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
Good working experience under Trust/ Payment operation or relevant field within banking industry
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Work collaboratively with team member
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
