Job Description - UAT Tester (1-year contract)

Your new role

Review business and system requirements
Prepare UAT test plans, cases, and test data
Execute UAT and record defects clearly
Follow up with IT and vendors for defect fixes
Coordinate with business users on testing progress
Support go-live readiness and post-implementation checks

What you'll need to succeed

2-5+ years of UAT or QA experience (insurance preferred)
Understanding of insurance products or policy/claims systems
Experience with testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
Fluent in Cantonese and English
