Job Description

Plan, conduct, and lead end-to-end UX research including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies
Analyze user behavior, pain points, and needs to generate actionable insights
Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows based on research findings
Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and success metrics
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
Translate research insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines
Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
Present research findings and design solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Align designs with business goals and technical feasibility

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research work
Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), design thinking, and usability principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms
Ability to interpret research data and turn it into design improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Curious mindset with a passion for understanding user behavior
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
