Job Description - UI/UX Designer - (Banking)

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help shape the next generation of digital banking experiences for one of our Top Banking clients.

Your new role

Design clean, modern, and consistent interfaces for eBanking and mobile channels.
Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to uncover insights and pain points.
Identify UX issues and propose solutions aligned with accessibility standards and best practices.
Support documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
Conduct design reviews and support user acceptance testing to ensure UX/UI quality standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in UI/UX design within corporate banking, fintech, or large-scale digital platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, mobile-first thinking, and accessibility.
Experience with wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage non-design stakeholders.
