About Our Client

Our client is a highly reputable company within the insurance industry, well-known for its established presence and professional environment. As a large-scale and recognized insurance firm, it provides a broad platform and dynamic work culture to the employees.

Job Description
  • Handle underwriting administration including data input, report checking and email coordination for projects.
  • Support underwriters by ensuring accurate case processing, timely documentation and strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in project execution by organizing information, managing deadlines and collaborating across internal parties.
  • Maintain quality service levels with strong writing skills, customer focus and consistent compliance awareness.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiar with underwriting / policy assessment / policy administration is an advantageous.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
