Job Description - Unit Trust Specialist (1-year contract)

Your new role

Perform daily unit trust fund operational processes, including trade settlements, NAV-related checks, and reconciliations
Act as checker for operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
Review operational outputs to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
Support project UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system enhancements and new implementations
Review workflows and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

3 + years of relevant experience in distribution operations or financial service industry
Solid experience in unit trust fund operations is essential
Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, VBA, or Macros
Fluent in English and Chinese
