Job Description - Workplace Engineer - Intune Migration

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Intune migration projects (from SCCM, GPO, legacy MDM, or hybrid environments)
Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune policies (device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment)
Migrate Windows, iOS, and Android devices to Intune / Endpoint Manager
Configure Autopilot, Conditional Access, and device enrollment profiles
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align policies
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and pilot deployments
Troubleshoot endpoint, policy, enrollment, and application issues
Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational handover materials
Provide post‑migration support and knowledge transfer

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Proven hands‑on experience delivering Intune migration projects (mandatory)
Strong experience with:
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
Experience migrating from:
- SCCM / MECM
- Group Policy (GPO)
- Legacy MDM solutions
Good understanding of:
- Conditional Access
- Endpoint security and compliance
- Modern Workplace architecture
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
