• Responsible for day to day accounting duties including cash management, payment processing and follow up outstanding invoices and suppliers’ statements.

• Work closely with vendors & internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment processing & issues, queries, and disputes are resolved in a timely manner.

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and perform bank reconciliation.

• Assist in preparing month-end closing activities and generate various management reports.

• Support ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.

Who are we looking for? 

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.

• 3 years working experience in the commercial field.

• Fresh graduates with internship / part-time experience will also be considered.

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Proactive and demonstrate as a good team player.

• High proficiency in computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Office and experience of using ERP or enterprise accounting.

• You will have an advantage if you are/ have

  • LCCI Higher or related discipline

  • Immediately available
