Account Executive (Fresh Graduate is Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of supplier/customer billings and trade payable/receivable functions
• Assume the responsibility of arranging payments with attention to authenticity
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Check the validity of abnormal accounts
• Update accounts payable/receivable database with new accounts 
• Perform ad hoc assignment when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting, Finance or business-related discipline
• Experience in accounting tasks will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook and PC tools
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, multi-task oriented, hard working, and willing to learn
• Extremely self-motivated and co-operative
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Immediate available
