Account Manager / Executive

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers;
• Managing existing accounts to attain maximum customers satisfaction, follow up customers' needs and also provide post sales support to existing accounts;
• Support the District Sales Director for big projects/ deals;
• Recent sales projects follow up and arrangement;
• Develop and explore business opportunities; 
• Solution proposal, conference calls, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team; 
• Adding as the communication bridge between Suppliers and Customers 

 

Requirements:

• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered for the Account Executive post. 
• Experience in server based application driven office automation solutions like multi-media IP contact center, office telephone system, IP phone, NAS, cloud application, recorder, conference MCU and/ or related fields;
• Networking and server knowledge is an great advantage
• Documents preparation including translation between Chinese and English;
• Good English and Cantonese. Good command in Putonghua is an advantage
