Accountant

Job description

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• To coordinate and liaise with external auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance 

Job requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiar with MYOB
• Working experience under F&B company would be considered an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Immediate availability is an advantage
