Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounts receivable related duties
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Calculate sales commission
• Assist in cash flow management and forecast
• Prepare supportive and analysis schedules
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• 2 - 4 years accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
