• Asia offices : Shenzhen, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia & Singapore
• We are looking for Accountant - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Job summary : (1) fully responsible all accounting issues of HK trading office; and (2) review & monitor accounts prepared by Asian offices
• Responsible for financial records, including general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Supervise the work of one Accounting Officer
• Report to the COO of HK office
• Functionally report to CFO of US headquarters
• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar role
• Experience in MNC/US/EU companies is a plus
• Regional exposure is a plus
• Trading/distributing environment is a plus
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and accounting software
• Good communications in English, Chinese & Mandarin
• 5 days work
