Job Description - Accounting & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily routine accounting & admin tasks in a timely manner
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable, payment process and document filing
  • Liaise relevant department regarding payment and expense claim
  • Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing and Audit
  • Occasion of out-door work (if necessary)
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks when required 

 

Requirements:

  • F6 or above with LCCI Level 2 in Accounting or basic knowledge in book-keeping
  • 3 years relevant experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP system is preferable
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is preferred
