Accounting Assistant, Asset Management Firm

Our client is an established Asset Management firm specialising in the alternative investment space. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their team. This position is based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the finance team on day-to-day routine accounting duties
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Provide clerical support such as organising incoming letters, filing documents, mailing / courier for audit confirmations and bank documents etc
• Handle bank reconciliation, keeping bank statement records
• Assist in month-end closing, bookkeeping, cash flow and financial statements
• Working on ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting Assistant, Accounting administration etc
• Diploma or university's degree, accounting qualification is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, team-player
• Responsible, motivated, good communication skills
