Job Description - Accounting Assistant / Officer

Job Duties:

  • Perform daily accounts and book keeping tasks.
  • Handle accounting vouches.
  • Help prepare month-end closing.
  • Issue payment invoices and receipts to clients.
  • Help process balance sheets and other management account reports.
  • Review company expenditures such as expenses claims. 
  • Assist with asset/inventory audits, as needed.
  • Update and maintaining procedural documentation and filing.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Ability to teamwork and take direction accurately.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • High level of accuracy, attentive to details.
