Accounting Officer

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, holder of LCCI Level III (Accounting) or equivalent/above qualification
• 3 years or above accounting experience. Knowledge of full set will be a plus
• Knowledge of computerized accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediately available or currently on short notice period is preferred

Job Duties

• Responsible for general accounting duties, full set of book-keeping ,month end closing and consolidated report etc.
• Invoice and customer statement generation
• Handle of AR, AP and expense reimbursement
• Prepare cheque, receipts and bank reconciliation
• Provide general administrative support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment
