Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Verify data and process claims and reimbursement
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Maintain fixed asset management
• Assist in monthly payroll process
• Answer and resolve queries on an active manner
• Support management to perform financial analyses
• Handle miscellaneous ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 2 years working experience in accounting in sizable organization
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent in oral and written English and Cantonese
• Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work independently and with positive and can-do attitude
