Job Highlights

Job Description

• Perform bank reconciliation
• Monitor daily sales transactions are in line with company policy
• Reconcile the credit card payments
• Provide full financial reports, analysis and information timely and accurately to Senior Management
• Process monthly payroll, final payment and MPF for both front & back office employees
• Liaise with auditors for audit matters of the Hong Kong companies
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• High Dipolma or above in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• 3 years or above experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Mature, responsible, detailed mind with ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
