Role Introduction

Act as a system administrator to handle and administrate system application and carry out stock control in Passenger Revenue Accounting System. Provide guidance and support in daily Revenue Accounting system operations. Proceed IATA misc. invoices and perform accounts reconciliation. Assist to prepare all relevant interim & yearly schedules and reports accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Security Administration
• Handle and control security access right of Passenger Revenue Accounting System, and maintain master file of use list
• Prepare system administration activities summary and supporting doc for manager checking and KPMG auditing
• Prepare and distribute the User Health Check List to the relevant section's manager for review and approval, update user profiles and remove obsolete ID
• Prepare all relevant supporting documents and reports to KMPG auditors during the auditing period
• Provide guidance and support to new users in daily Revenue Accounting system operations
• Assist to formulate procedures and guidelines to cope with system operation and design, e.g ABR rules
• Perform feasibility study in system enhancements
• Passenger Revenue Accounting Activities
• Create ticket stock ownership for BU stock distribution and issuance
• Consolidate and classify each nature of the ICH Misc invoices, prepare the Billing summary and distribute to the relevant department for subsequent actions
• Monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation
• Input interline billing invoices in SAP – Accounts Payable
• Perform monthly account reconciliation of incentives and follow up with outports
• Assist Revenue Accounting System month-end closure and reconciliation
• Assist to prepare all relevant interim & yearly schedules and reports accurately and timely
• Reports Preparation
• Prepare monthly Revenue Reports and distribute to requestors
• Adhoc Assignment
• Assist manager & the team in various ad hoc reports and projects

Requirements

• HKDSE standard with a pass in English
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience of which 3 year is in supervisory role
• Well organized with strong analytical mind
• Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
• Experience in using SAP advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Able to work under pressure and being flexible when necessary to meet deadlines
• Willing to challenge the status quo and improve work processes
