Admin Clerk (Leasing)

We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai-Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the following post:

We are a leading leasing and building management company located in Wanchai and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to join our company

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Department in preparing full spectrum of administration works
• Good knowledge in billing system and data entry on Flex System is an advantage
• Provide support of all documents handling including Licence and Tenancy Agreements and ensure they are executed timely and efficiently
• Handle all tenancy matters and related enquiries
• Manage tenant's filing system

Requirements

• Diploma / certificate holder in accounting
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong organization and numerical skills. Attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good proficiency in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) & Chinese word processing
