Assistant Accountant / Accountant

Major responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly financial reporting package to Corporate and management
• Handle accounts reconciliations, balance sheets schedules, accrual management, and variance analysis
• Prepare inter-company recharge calculation and issue statement, liaison with our overseas offices for intercompany reconciliation and settlement
• Handle daily payment via online banking
• Prepare cashflow forecast and analytics
• Prepare group reporting schedules on quarterly and yearly basis
• Prepare budget, forecast and costing analysis
• Assist in year end audit and tax filing.
• Perform ad-hoc reports and other duties as required

The successful candidate will have:  

• University degree in Accounting or related discipline, qualification in professional accounting body is preferred
• At least 3 years relevant work experience and gain from sizable company
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good team player, strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in SAP accounting systems is an advantage
• Candidate with potential but having less experience will also be considered for Assistant Accountant
