Assistant Accountant/ Accountant

Position summary:

Strong in Financial & Management reporting and Analysis, experienced in leading & supervising subordinates to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all records in compliance with HKFRS and Company policies and procedures.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Handle account payable & general accounts tasks including journal entries, fixed assets management, month-end closing, etc. 
• Review the works of subordinates
• Prepare financial analysis for management decision making
• Manage cash flow planning and report to management
• Cooperate with other relevant parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
• Assist in internal controls improvement and streamline the procedures
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Finalist of professional accounting bodies
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Analytical and problem solving skills are required
• Independent, well organized and detail-minded
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Immediate availability is highly preferred 
• For those with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
