Assistant Accounting Officer

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Assistant Accounting Officer to join our friendly, professional and dedicated in Finance & Accounting Department based here in Hong Kong.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily input for receipts, set off, matching and manual invoicing
• Preparing credit control reports, AR (accounts receivable) aging report and other trend analysis 
• Monitoring AR (accounts receivable) performance and follow up overdue payments
• Supporting other ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting
• At least 1-year solid experience in accounts receivable or credit control
• Able to work under pressure and complete multi-task
• Independent and able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Reporting skill in MS Excel is a must. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, independent and self-motivated
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Accounting Officer
