Assistant Finance Manager / Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts for subsidiaries for monthly consolidation for the Group
• Ensure timely reconciliation and reporting of inter-company transactions and connected transactions
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives, professional and relevant authorities
• Assist to perform group budgeting and forecasting, including cash-flow
• Provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency
• Work closely and support different internal stakeholders
• Assist in strengthening of the internal control
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements  

• Degree in Accounting or Finance disciplines with relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in business and financial reporting, preferably in HK listed company
• Familiar with HKAS, HKFRS and Listing rules
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Good interpersonal & organizational skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Experience in handling PRC reports is a plus
• Candidates with more experience and with CPA or equivalent qualifications will be considered as Manager role
