Assistant Financial Manager / Financial Manager

Job Duties

• Responsible for financial reporting, management reporting, cash management and other functional reporting requested from the Group
• Work with business lines, operations and corporate functions to prepare budgets, forecasts and analysis, including prepare and review cash flow forecasts
• Assist in works on connected transactions of the Group
• Responsible for bank accounts maintenance and handle relevant documentation
• Ensure daily cash position within internal requirement and handle internal funding recharge process
• Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements and bond issuance
• Coordinate with various professional parties, including auditors, tax advisors, lawyers and valuers

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in accounting and/or auditing field (experience in construction industry is preferred)
• With Knowledge in Hong Kong accounting standards, tax rules and related regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proactive, analytical and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good business sense and problem-solving skills
