Assistant General Manager

As the prominent key player in the engineering industry, our client is inviting a highly qualified individual to lead their new development in Hong Kong.

We are now seeking for AssistantGeneral Manager – Building Material.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Account for full spectrum of business development and project management duties for the division

Identify the potential opportunities and offer sound strategy to achieve the assigned targets

Play a pivotal role in the overall development and strategy of the business

Lead the team of both sales and engineering professional to manage project pipeline from sales to installation with the support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders

Acts as core member of top management team to design the strategic initiatives and upcoming business development plan

Review and monitor the vendors’ performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives

Provide commercial directions and initiatives to respective teams on delivery of project operations and service excellence

Establish sustainable business partnership with existing clientele while proactively developing innovation solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

Tertiary educated in Engineering, Construction or related disciplines

At least 18 years of business development and project management experiences with proven track record in building material and construction industry

Creativity and the ability to apply a new perspective to challenges and opportunities

Excellent communications and organizational abilities

A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities

Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
