Assistant Manager – Account Payable (HK$30K - $35K) (Ref. No.: 26846)

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Assist in end to end accounts payable operations
• Ensure that controls around the accounts payable process are compile with company’s policies and procedures and regulator’s requirements
• Prepare report and keep proper accounting records for fixed assets
• Assist Manager in process revamp and streamline
• Participate in system enhancement projects
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable function preferrable in banking and finance industry
• Prior experience in Banking System and Oracle is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience in VBA and SQL is an added advantage
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
