Assistant Manager, Regional Finance

Key Responsibilites

• Support the preparation of Group reports, budget and forecasts, including working capital and cash flow projections.
• Assist in monthly closing and consolidation of the Group financials. Track and analyze the key drivers of the Group’s financial results, and identify causes of variances. 
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insight on business performance of subsidiaries to support senior management on strategy formulation and making investment decisions
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis for subsidiaries and work with local management teams to deliver financial targets
• Manage regional finance projects including development and roll out of new systems, processes and reports 
• Perform ad-hoc assignments given by line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related fields
• Qualified accountant with full membership in HK or international accounting bodies
• At least 6 years experience in financial planning and reporting, financial accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Good understanding of accounting and reporting principles, in particular those applicable to multinational companies
• Experienced in financial planning and budgeting. Sound analytical skills, sensitive to numbers and trends, and attention to details and accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG industry and multinational companies is preferred
• Proficient in SAP, BW and Microsoft Office
