Associate Director - Compliance Manager (Securities)

Job Title: Associate Director - Compliance Manager (Securities)

Our client is looking a Compliance Manager with solid experience and understanding of OTC Derivatives, Type 11 regulatory regime and structured products to support the institutional business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance on compliance matters in relation to OTC derivatives / Type 11 compliance issues and structured products;
• Plan and implement compliance programs aligned with OTC derivatives / Type 11 compliance regulations;
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of OTC derivatives products and closely monitor changes in the regulatory environment;
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure accurate and timely reporting; and
• Manage and respond effectively to any compliance-related issues or investigations.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor's degree in Legal, Accounting, Business or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or legal a similar role in an international bank or a reputable law firm;
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is must);
• Good understanding of OTC derivatives products;
• Proven ability to interact effectively with various departments in an organization;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; and
• Strong communication and presentation skills
