Cloud Solutions Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sell Cloud solutions to SME customers and maintain customer relationships 
• Meet KPIs to drive business growth and develop long term strategies
• Deliver presentations to clients for lead generation
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction
• Identify customer requirements and match them with suitable solutions 

Requirements:

• 4 years in IT solution selling experience
• Cloud experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
