Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting surveillance and monitoring activities across Asia Pacific markets
• Design and implement risk-based monitoring and testing programs to assess compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices related to compliance monitoring and testing
• Plan and execute compliance testing reviews across various business units and functions
• Identify potential compliance gaps, assess the effectiveness of controls, and recommend remedial actions
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports of testing findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Manage ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Accounting, Finance and Business
• At least 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in international firms operating in key APAC markets
• Strong practical knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory standards is mandatory. Familiarity with Singapore and Australian regulations is highly desirable
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
• Demonstrable experiencing undertaking Compliance reviews of key regulatory risks and driving closure of issues identified
