Douyin Account Governance Operations

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the risk operation of Douyin business security accounts and the industry, complete the definition of relevant risk scenarios, identification strategy deployment, and implementation of disposal actions 2. Discover risk issues through user feedback, data mining and other methods, formulate risk governance plans and promote corresponding product capability building 3. Design a reasonable indicator monitoring system, timely grasp the changes in risks and business, establish an efficient collaboration mechanism, continuously promote the iteration of rules and governance plans, and ensure that risks are controllable 4. Responsible for the configuration and operation of risk control strategies, promote the optimization, iteration and application of risk control algorithm models, and continuously improve risk governance capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more of experience in Internet governance and operation, with a background in large Internet company governance preferred 2. Possess excellent structured thinking ability, be able to understand user pain points and grasp the essence of the problem, design a practical solution, and have experience in risk control strategy and data analysis preferred 3. Good at communication, good resource coordination and communication skills, experience and awareness of close cooperation across departments and multiple parties, and practical experience in coordinating multiple resources, pushing implementation, and getting results 4. Possess strong adaptability, a strong sense of responsibility and mission at work, and the ability to self-drive continuous improvement.
