Job Description:

T

• Strategic business solution & digital solution between RC and customers,especially online consultant service offered and make sure customers following Vet principal which is Veterinary recommendation
• Resolve the complex business situation and tough negotiation with customers
• Influence power on customer top or senior management level
• Lead the possible problem solution development with internal and external cross function business cooperation (Supply chain, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, IT…)
• High understanding level of China E-commerce environment
• Ensure business target and brand target achievement of the eKA
• Ensure operational excellence for the execution of Marketing plans, by aligning internal stakeholders.
• Track and trace the EKA KPIs.

Background Experience & Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a sales representative, or key-account or eRetailer
• At least three years successful experience with Key-account management
• Track record of successful negotiations
• English is a nice have
