Finance Manager (for SFC Licensed Firm)

Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing firm specializing in capital markets, securities, fund management, and IBD advisory. Licensed to SFC 1, 4, and 9, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting, online banking, and operational functions.
• Prepare reconciliations and other accounting schedules.
• Monitor bank transactions and cash flows.
• Prepare liquid capital projections and FRR to comply with SFC’s requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic budgets and annual audits.
• Prepare bank instructions for settling expenses and monitor cash flows.
• Comply with financial control and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain and file all accounting and bank records.
• Assist in regulatory and tax filings.
• Assist in month-end closing and management reporting.
• Liaise with auditors on accounting and taxation issues.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting, audit experience in securities or financial institutions.
• Professional qualifications of CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is desirable.
• Mature, independent, initiative, attention to detail, accuracy, and a team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
