Finance Manager - Foreign Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely financial reporting on regulatory and statutory reporting
• Reviews explanations of the monthly and quarterly P&L to management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local HKMA Reporting Requirements, Liquidity requirements, Regulatory Reporting TOM, Regulatory Compliance Management Framework, Local Tax, SOX, IFRS, EUC, etc.
• Oversight for China Finance and Operations, including local regulatory reporting matters, tax, SOX, EUC, IFRS etc.
• Responsible for SOX annual review and attend to statutory audit by External Auditors
• Oversees budget preparation, providing direction and advice on budgeting & forecasting for achieving long-term financial objectives
• Responsible for dealing with the Bank's tax agent in preparation of HK Taxes

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• At least 7 years of relevant corporate banking finance experiences
• Extensive financial analysis and reporting, full set HKMA return experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior and manage relationships with key contacts inside and outside the Bank
• Able to multitasking, strong decision making and communication skills
