Finance Manager, FP&A

My client is a  Reputable Corporate Bank Branch in Hong Kong, providing a wide range of services in the Asia region. Given their growing presence in the region, they are now looking to hire a new Finance Manager to support FP&A/MIS reporting duties. This is a newly created headcount. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations and analytics from financials and take part in delivering commentaries and relevant insights to drive business strategies
• Monitor and prepare monthly performance reporting and financial analysis / forecasting for consumer and commercial banking business 
• Support and drive new MIS system roll out and any initiatives regarding process improvement, digitalisation of reports, etc.
• Engage in stakeholder management with various Business Line heads 

Required Skills & Experiences: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related 
• A minimum of 6+ years and above experiences in business finance / management reporting / management accounting / budgeting / forecasting / reporting analytics, etc. 
• If you have big 4 audit bank / FS experiences + in-house banking, this is a plus. 
• Proactive, independent, and hands-on attitude
• Native level English and Cantonese communication skills 
• Analytical and good problem-solving skills
