Inward Remittance and Deposit Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handles approval for Inward Remittance and Deposit transactions to ensure compliance with internal rules & regulations and achieving team targets
• Handling trigger event cases
• Report any incidents, money laundering and drug trafficking transactions
• Contact customer for data verification and transaction verification
• Support other department and clients in operations enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• To perform any other duties assigned by superiors including but not limited to provide cross support within the department

Requirements:

• Higher diploma / Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, with a relevant professional qualification
• At least 1 year relevant experience, less experience will be considered as Inward Remittance and Deposit Assistant
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail minded with willing to learn attitude
• Able to work under deadline and be good team player with prudence
• Good command of PC skills including Microsoft Office, data analysis and report formulation
• Immediate availability is an advantage
