IT Manager - Mainframe

Our client is a financial services organization, you will play a pivotal role to maintain and support the operations of their mainframes.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain IBM System Z mainframe services, to ensure a a high availability of services and optimize CPU resources
• Administer mainframe services, such as housekeeping, management of z/OS, RACF, CICS and other related 3rd party services
• Perform performance tuning, security hardening, capacity planning and other performance optimization duties at times
• Be accountable for mainframe troubleshooting and incident response per ITIL/ ITSM standards
• Liaise with external IT vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
• With 8+ years’ work experience in mainframe, such as: z/OS, RACF, CICS and SMS
• Familiar with IBM System Z mainframe
• Experience in TWS, RACF, SMS, PPRC and IBM SAN storage a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
