Job Description

• Perform day-to-day procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare purchase orders for contracts, manage delivery arrangements, and monitor costs.
• Ensure timely closure and acknowledgement of goods received upon delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to collect all necessary payment documents (e.g., invoices, receipts) and address any payment-related concerns.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve purchase order and invoice issues.
• Maintain meticulous records of all transactions.
• Assist the manager with daily operations in IT Procurement.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.

The Successful Applicant

• HKCEE Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT Procurement, Accounting, or related fields, preferably in banking or financial institutions. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, contract terms and conditions, etc., will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Well-organized, positive working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Takes personal responsibility and accountability for their work.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
