Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales revenue and market share by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing business portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners, upselling and cross-selling to retain client accounts.
• Manage customer account inquiries, quotations, and product management.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business proposals and solutions.
• Coordinate project development and ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the sales team.
• Develop business and sales management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of sales, marketing, and product management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong business and commercial sense with a proven track record of business development.
• Familiarity with branded and premium audio or consumer electronics products.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills are advantageous.
• Occasional business travel required.
