Responsibilities/工作職責
• Liaise and follow up all relevant matters with overseas fashion suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Account management include pricelist computation, order entry and update , customer record keeping and update and seasonal reports;
• Assist sales campaign work when require.
• perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• 與海外服裝廠商溝通及跟進所有相關的事宜來確保業務的順利進行;
• 帳戶管理,其中包括價錢表製作,訂單輸入及更新,客戶檔案管理及更新和季度報告;
• 協助訂貨會的工作;
• 執行不定時任命的其他臨時性工作。
Requirements/任職要求
•Bachelor degree graduate is highly preferred;
•Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
•Good knowledge and skills in PC (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe);
•Genuine interest in fashion;
•Good communication skill, Detail-minded, team player but also independent and able to work under pressure;
