Officer, Branch Operations Support

Responsibilities:

• Review AML procedures to comply with the up-to-dated regulatory requirements
• Review Frontline Operation Procedures to improve the operational efficiency
• Develop new operational procedures relevant to products and services
• Assist to modify the operation system into more straightforward and user-friendly interface
• Review BCP manuals and frontline operational manuals
• Organize Training for branches
• Handle enquiry on deposits operations, account opening, and AML related issues

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Banking and Finance
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in handling branch operations support or frontline operations, UAT/ project exposure an advantage
• Familiar with account opening and AML procedures
• Strong in English writing, fluency in Chinese (including Putonghua preferred) with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
