The Company

Our client is a top-tier PE fund house. They are investing in multi-asset class investment portfolios. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a caliber to join their regional finance team. (Please ensure within 150 characters with spacing)

The Role

• Manage the operational infrastructure of the Credit & Markets (C&M) Strategy within the Private Markets Middle Office team in Finance.
• Daily supervision of investment operations includes fund subscription, preparation of fee schedules, calculation and preparation of capital call and distribution notices, regulatory reporting, filling maintenance, review investor's capital statements, valuation reports and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations etc.
• Conduct deal level analysis, including fund allocation, to ensure effective investment decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Investor Relations, Risk, and Legal to ensure seamless information flow and address any requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc projects if needed.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in PE fund operations with Private Credit exp/ Big 4/ PE fund admin.
• High level of multi-tasking and time management skill are required.
• A team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
