We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Premium Relationship Manager to join our team and take care of our premium customers. As a Premium Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities include answering customers’ inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and renewing customer contracts with valued services that align with their lifestyle. Your ultimate goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned group of premium customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with premium customers, understanding their preferences, lifestyle, and unique requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell valued services that enhance customer experiences to align with their lifestyle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with product/ service knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate and recommend suitable offerings to customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including interactions, preferences, and sales activities, in the system

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Proven work experience in telecommunication industry, with 4 years’ experience in customer services, preferably in a premium customer care environment
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Sales experience is a must
  • Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, in both spoken and written, and preferably with conversational English and Mandarin
  • Customer-centric, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and among time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with more experiences will be consider as Senior Premium Relationship Managers
