Project Manager - Integrated Technology Services

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inhouse IT solution projects
• Understand business and operations requirements, identify and recommend IT solutions or propose improvement options
• Lead business requirement discussion with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand the business requirements, design the business solutions and map them to technical functionalities
• Liaise with vendor and collaborate with different IT teams & user departments
• Supervise IT professionals, monitor their performance, provide necessary coaching and feedback and identify their development needs
• Overall accountability on project deliverables and ensure delivery on time within acceptable quality level
• Perform financial control within the department

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, E-commerce, Information System or related disciplines
• 10 years' work experience in IT, digital or related discipline
• Experience in insurance sector is a must
• Knowledge in InsurTech/FinTech is a plus
• Familiar with system planning, development and operation
• Enjoy a dynamic and multi-tasking working environment
• Knowledge of Project management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
• Self-motivated & well-organized person
