• Perform full Quantity Surveying functions for E&M projects including tendering, estimation, claims handling, budget control, contract administration, and final accounts | 執行E&M工程的全面工料測量職能，包括招標、估算、處理索賠、預算控制、合同管理和結算等

• Handle Electronic Systems installations | 負責電子系統的安裝

要求:

• Possession of a Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Demonstrated relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for E&M projects
• Experience in installing Electronic Systems
• Proficiency in PC software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with problem-solving abilities
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
