Senior Account Executive, Business Development – Health Solutions

Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Account Executive, Business Development - Health Solutions to join our Health Solutions team in Hong Kong.

What the day will look like

• Support the team to provide consultative services to prospects on health solutions
• Assist with preparation of proposals, analysis and presentation materials
• Liaise with insurers on policy quotations and daily operations
• Checking policy documents, preparing debit notes to clients and handle premium collection

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• University graduate with minimum 3 years’ working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred.
• Passed in IIQE papers I, II, III & IV is preferred
• Customer-focused with effective client communication skills
• Proactive and multi-tasker  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered an Account Executive
