Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

As a crucial team member in our accounting department, the role of Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager encompasses diverse daily operations. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to,

• Overseeing day-to-day Accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, Billing, and managing Collection and Payments.
• Collaborating closely with external auditors for comprehensive financial reporting.
• Contributing to Budgeting and Forecasting activities, along with regular analysis of operating metrics.
• Engaging in effective communication and collaboration with the Finance team across overseas offices.
• Undertaking ad hoc assignments as needed

 

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in business related discipline
• Professional Accounting Qualification (HKICPA or equivalent) 
• 3-4 years related experience (considering applicants with 2-3 years), less senior role will be considered for less experience
• Proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills 
• Fast learner; adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong numerical acumen 
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
