Senior Accountant/ Assistant Finance manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage & supervise a team of 4
• Responsible for handling full set of accounts, month end closing
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to ensure timely
• and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare monthly adjustment journals and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare and analyse cash flow forecast
• Review daily transactions and prepare monthly account reconciliation
• Assist setup and deploy financial controls to meet the internal controls, risk management and corporate governance requirements of the Group
• Review bad debt, accruals and prepayment calculations
• Day to day operational accounting work and prepare regular accounting reports
• Assist in financial analysis including budget and forecast
• Handle reimbursement to staff and general payments
• Ensure compliance to company’s policies and internal control requirements
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for annual audits
• Any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience handling full set, audit experience is an advantage
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good PC skills especially proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in NAV will be advantage
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Less experience will be consider as Assistant Finance manager
